evolve offer dynamic and innovative transition support for young adults with learning disabilities and autism from the age of 16.  Our programmes are specifically designed to provide age appropriate support and can be accessed alongside, or upon the completion of education.

We offer a variety of support and training opportunities through our group based weekday programme and can also provide focused 1-1 enabling and mentoring.

evolve also offer independent living training and overnight stays at our vibrant skills development house in Plymouth.  This can be accessed by people who are looking to move into the supported living environment in the future, or as a more modern and person focused form of respite. evolve can then provide support and guidance with the transition into supported living, and can design and deliver a support package to meet individual needs and requirements.

You can also get involved with evolve in a number of ways. Maybe you can offer work experience to provide confidence boosting work? Or perhaps you can offer a service or activity that can really benefit adults with learning disabilities?
